SILL SYSTEM

Our exclusive Torri Pivot Sill System takes the complexity out of pivot door installations / provides for a flush transition from finish floor to sill / pick your color – any color / standard with hold open and adjustable graduated auto close features

WE ASSEMBLE

Our competition delivers your door in pieces. Hardware is in a box, frame in components and you are on your own.

At Red Horse, we pre-assemble, drill all holes ( seal the holes ) and completely prep your door for simple and easy installation. Our door unit installs in half a day – no thin set, no mortar, no return trip – no thinking.

We make our grip sets here and furnish your door with a high quality mortise case deadbolt ( Baldwin ) for security.

We offer a keyless entry system as well ( combo and fob ).

ENGINEERED DOOR CORE

We don’t just build you a door, we engineer it from inside out for a lifetime of excellent performance. Our steel doors are welded internally using “x” braces for elimination of torsion stress and fully insulated for harsh climates.

Our wood slab doors have an aluminum honeycomb substrate which allows us to fabricate very large sizes with no expansion, contraction, warpage and twist.

Our commitment to building the world’s finest pivot doors never stops – our weatherstrip is a special type that doesn’t inhibit or adversely affect the operation of the door….

INSULATION

We insulate our steel frames and steel doors using Ceramic Insulation. This material is fire rated to 2,000 degrees F. This type of insulation leaves no empty pockets uninsulated and yields outstanding energy efficiency.
